Panna has 3 tiers: Tier 1 (Recreational) for casual players and beginners, Tier 2 (Amateur Active) for regular league players, and Tier 3 (Competitive) for experienced club players. Everyone starts at Tier 1 and can request an upgrade by submitting verification of their football background.

Create a free account, browse available games that match your tier, select a game, and complete payment online. Then just show up at the venue and play!

If a game is full, you can join the waitlist. You'll be notified automatically if a spot opens up, so you never miss an opportunity.

Yes! Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the game. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. If you cancel within the free cancellation window, your refund is processed automatically — no hassle.
